At Sold Out NYC, we want you to love your limited-edition pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and garments are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address for easy printing.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original box, attach the prepaid label over any old shipping information, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
